Jesus said to his disciples: "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and decay destroy, and thieves break in and steal. But store up treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor decay destroys, nor thieves break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be.
“The lamp of the body is the eye. If your eye is sound, your whole body will be filled with light; but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be in darkness. And if the light in you is darkness, how great will the darkness be.”

An kalibutanon na bahandi, laong pa ni Jesus, mahanaw ra ini kay duro man an mga hinungdan na mawaya ra ini, pero an ato relasyon kan God, labina kon hugot gajud ini karajaw, hingpit sanan waya'y katapusan ini nato na bahandi isip andam nato para sa ato langitnon na kinabuhi pag-abot nan panhon.

16062016 Gospel Mt 6:7-15
Jesus
said to his disciples: “In praying, do not babble like the pagans, who think
that they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them. Your
Father knows what you need before you ask him.
“This is how you are to pray:
‘Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.’
“If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions.”

Dili

Nahibayo

Bastante

Kompleto
na ini na pangadje kay may mga importante na parte na man an ato pakig-estorya

Pero
para dako, labot pa sa mekanikal na mga pangadjeon, makig-estorya ako kan God

15062016 Gospel Mt 6:1-6, 16-18
Jesus
said to his disciples: “Take care not to perform righteous deeds in order that
people may see them; otherwise, you will have no recompense from your heavenly
Father. When you give alms, do not blow a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites
do in the synagogues and in the streets to win the praise of others. Amen, I
say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give alms, do not let
your left hand know what your right is doing, so that your almsgiving may be
secret. And your Father who sees in secret will repay you.
“When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, who love to stand and pray in
the synagogues and on street corners so that others may see them. Amen, I say
to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go to your inner
room, close the door, and pray to your Father in secret. And your Father who
sees in secret will repay you.
“When you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites. They neglect their appearance, so that they may appear to others to be fasting. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you may not appear to others to be fasting, except to your Father who is hidden. And your Father who sees what is hidden will repay you.”

14062016 Gospel Mt 5:43-48
Jesus
said to his disciples: “You have heard that it was said, You shall love your
neighbor and hate your enemy. But I say to you, love your enemies and pray
for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your heavenly Father, for
he makes his sun rise on the bad and the good, and causes rain to fall on the
just and the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what recompense will
you have? Do not the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brothers
only, what is unusual about that? Do not the pagans do the same? So be perfect,
just as your heavenly Father is perfect.”

13062016 Gospel Mt 5:38-42
Jesus said to his disciples: “You have heard that it was said, An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. But I say to you, offer no resistance to one who is evil. When someone strikes you on your right cheek, turn the other one to him as well. If anyone wants to go to law with you over your tunic, hand him your cloak as well. Should anyone press you into service for one mile, go with him for two miles. Give to the one who asks of you, and do not turn your back on one who wants to borrow.”

08062016 Gospel Mk 5:17-19
Jesus
said to his disciples: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the
prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill.
Amen, I
say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the
smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken
place.
Therefore,
whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do
so will be called least in the Kingdom of heaven.
But
whoever obeys and teaches these commandments will be called greatest in the
Kingdom of heaven.”

07062016 Gospel Mt 5:13-16
Jesus
said to his disciples: “You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its
taste, with what can it be seasoned? It is no longer good for anything but to
be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
You are
the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. Nor do they
light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where
it gives light to all in the house. Just so, your light must shine before
others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.”

06062016 Gospel Mt 5:1-12
When
Jesus saw the crowds, he went up the mountain, and after he had sat down, his
disciples came to him. He began to teach them, saying:
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the land. Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the clean of heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of evil against you falsely because of me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in heaven. Thus they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

02062016 Gospel Mk 12:28-34
One of
the scribes came to Jesus and asked him, “Which is the first of all the
commandments?” Jesus replied, “The first is this: Hear, O Israel! The Lord
our God is Lord alone! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with
all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. The second
is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment
greater than these.” The scribe said to him, “Well said, teacher. You are right
in saying, He is One and there is no other than he. And to love him with all
your heart, with all your understanding, with all your strength, and to love
your neighbor as yourself is worth more than all burnt offerings and
sacrifices.” And when Jesus saw that he answered with understanding, he said to
him, “You are not far from the Kingdom of God.” And no one dared to ask him any
more questions.

01062016 Gospel Mk 12:18-27
The
Sadducees also came to Jesus. Since they claim that there is no resurrection,
they questioned him in this way, “Master, in the Scriptures Moses gave us this
law: If anyone dies and leaves a wife but no children, his brother must take
the woman, and, with her, have a baby, who will be considered the child of his
deceased brother. Now, there were seven brothers. The first married a wife, but
he died without leaving any children. The second took the wife, and he also
died, leaving no children. The same thing happened to the third. In fact, all
seven brothers died, leaving no children. Last of all, the woman died. Now, in
the resurrection, to which of them will she be wife? For all seven brothers had
her as wife.”
Jesus
replied, “Is this not the reason you are mistaken, that you do not understand
the Scriptures or the power of God? When they rise from the dead, men and women
do not marry, but are like the angels in heaven.
Now,
about the resurrection of the dead, have you never had thoughts about the
burning bush in the book of Moses? God said to Moses: I am the God of Abraham,
the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob. He is the God, not of the dead, but of
the living. You are totally wrong.”

An tubag

mabuhi na an mga patay, an mga babaje sanan mga layake dili na kinahanglan mag-asawa

Mahitungod
